Community Planning - Looking to the Future

Recently the Federation made significant changes to the planning process. One change that was made was to separate the funding process from the planning process. This change allows the Federation to emphasize planning for our future by working together to identify needs and determine ways to meet these needs.

As necessary, the Federation’s Board of Directors will identify areas of focus for our planning efforts. These focus areas will be addressed through the use of ad hoc planning task forces. We recognize there is not one specific way to address planning needs and we believe that planning will only be successful if we create individual processes for each area of focus.
